Q: What kind of materials can I cut on the Klic-N-Kut?
A: There are many different types of materials you can kut with on the KNK. Most popular would be card stock, papers, foils, rubber, felt, fabric transfers, vinyl, Chipboard and Grungeboard, to name a few.

Q: Do I need any additional Software if I buy a KNK?
A: No. All of our KNKs come packed with our Klic-N-Kut Studio software. We stuffed as many cool tools as we could into this program to make sure that our users wouldn't need to to purchase more expensive software, down the line. It is also easy to use and comes with a GREAT user's manual which goes through all of the tools in great detail with plenty of visuals to help along the way.

Q: What are the differences between all of your KNK models?
A: All of our Klic-N-Kut machines are virtually the same, as far as function goes. The only difference between our models is the width of the machines. Even the Element has the full 500 grams of force, and comes with the same software package.

Q: What happens if I need help or if there is something wrong with my machine?
A: If at any point, you need technical support, you can always call us up. We pride ourselves in the way we treat our customers and support we provide. If you purchased your machine from one of our dealers, they are your first line of support. We do this to make sure that everyone can get the help they need in a timely manner.

Q: Is the software easy to use?
A: KNK Studio was designed to have all of the great tools needed to be a FULL featured application. With that being said, it was designed in a way that it doesn't come off as intimidating as some other graphical packages on the market. We also designed our manual to go through, step by step, how to use all of these great tools. We feel that this is important in the learning process and our customers agree.

Q:Can I use this machine and software if I have a Mac?
A: KNK Studio is a PC based application, so without the use of a PC emulator, [like Parrallells or BootCamp]

Q: What else can I do with the Klic-N-Kut?
A: Honestly, there are so many other applications, We couldn't list them all. You would be amazed by some of the applications our customers have come up with. To name a few, though: Card making, pop-up books, model airplanes, Rapid prototyping, T-Shirt design, Wall Graphics, Etched Glass art, and MANY more. The sky's the limit, really!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns on new or used equipment. All of our cutters are backed by a full 1 year warranty. If you are interested in our cutters and have a specific use in mind, give us a call, or send us some samples and we would be more than happy to test them out for you.
